Welcome to our Public Exhibition in relation to Oakford Homes’ proposals at Breakspear Farm, Beare Green. We are pleased to present Oakford Homes’ proposals, for:

• 46 new quality homes including 18 affordable houses;
• Approximately 1.2ha of public open space at the northern end of the site;
• An additional 16 car parking spaces serving the railway station; and
• Extended footpath links along Old Horsham Road.

This exhibition will give you the chance to view and comment upon our plans and learn more about the process involved in bringing us to this stage which has included significant levels of collaboration and communication with Capel Parish Council.

We are proposing to submit a planning application in Summer 2023 and you can help shape our emerging scheme by providing us with your feedback. Please take your time to look through the proposals and send us your comments.
