On behalf of Manor Oak Homes, ARP has played a full role in the promotion of a variety of development sites across West Northamptonshire, dating from the point where the district comprised the three separate constituent local planning authorities of Daventry, South Northamptonshire, and Northampton.
West Northamptonshire is a major growth point and sits at the intersection of the Oxford to Cambridge Arc, covering projects such as East West Rail, and the strategically important M1 and A14 corridors. Accordingly, it was identified at an early stage of the various ongoing infrastructure projects dissecting the district, that ARP should play a prominent role in helping Manor Oak Homes make the most of the various development opportunities this growth provides.
Currently the company are promoting seven separate sites within West Northamptonshire in separate locations comprising housing, employment, and mixed-use opportunities. This has been done through a combination of planning applications and ongoing promotion to the emerging local plan. We have sought to work with officers as closely as possible to ensure they are aware of the ways in which Manor Oak Homes can support the Council’s aspirations for growth.
